In 1999, we bought our first rental properties without knowing how to analyze a deal, manage tenants, or read a market. Within months we were overwhelmed and losing money.

That failure became the education. Mike spent years inside property management learning the business from the ground up. We rebuilt with discipline, systems, and strategy, and eventually grew into apartment complexes and then hotels.

Real estate changed our financial trajectory. We’ve spent the last decade helping others get there too.
